When and where will the conference take place?
GLR-SCI 2026 will take place on 19–20 November 2026 in Paris.
Who can participate?
Psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, researchers, educators, physicians, palliative care specialists, social workers, students, and early-career researchers.
Is there a Call for Abstracts?
Yes. Submission guidelines and deadlines will be published on the website.
What language will the conference be held in?
The official language is English. Translation may be available for selected sessions.
Format of participation
In-person format. Selected materials may be available post-event.
Will I receive a certificate of participation?
All registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Payment and payment methods
Payment is available online by credit/debit card or bank transfer (for institutions).
VAT
The conference is organized by a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (Sole Proprietor), single tax payer (Group 3), non-VAT registered. VAT is not applicable and is not charged on registration fees; invoices and receipts will state “VAT not applicable”; financial documents are issued in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. Cancellation and refund policy
Participant cancellation Participants may cancel their registration by notifying the Organizing Committee via email. cancellations up to 60 days before the conference — 100% refund (minus bank fees); cancellations 59–30 days before the conference — 50% refund; cancellations less than 30 days before the conference — no refund. Registration may be transferred to another participant upon prior approval by the organizers. Conference cancellation or postponement In case of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure or circumstances beyond participants’ control, the organizer will either: issue a full refund, or transfer the registration to the rescheduled event. The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or visa-related expenses.
